- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges:
- Available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.
